Responsibilities:
· General coordination of regional operation, following corporate rules and procedures
· Region’s revenue and sales increase
· Marketing for local market
· Managing sales agents: tasks distribution, performance control and evaluation.
· Attraction of new clients, client management
· Advertising via local printed media
· Coordination of branch’s performance
· Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Economics, Construction, etc.
3+ years experience in real estate business, preferably in real estate agencies, property management, valuation.
1+ year of managerial experience
Account management and sales experience
Knowledge of local real estate market
Excellent leadership skills
English-upper intermediate
