.Net Senior Developer/Team Leader

This person will have a number of roles:
· Lead Developer
o They must be a skilled developer capable of taking a concept and creating a stable product that meets that initial concept
· Team Leader
o Although the team will be small to start we need someone that is capable of running a team of developers on small to medium size projects
· Project Manager
o With a direct reporting structure to CTO in the UK, this person must have excellent spoken English skills to work with CTO and the Senior Developer in the UK to discuss ideas, concepts, and project tasks to meet planned release timescales
