The IMS Delivery Engineer will under the direction of the IMS Delivery Manager perform all tasks assigned to him on a daily basis. This will include but not be limited to the following:
• Remote management of client servers
• Completion of tasks
• Tracking of effort by client
• Generation of reports
• Analysis of data
• Recommendation of actions to be taken.
• Ongoing training on new procedures
• Refining of Process and Documentation
• Identification of problems
• Limited troubleshooting

All written and verbal communication will be performed in English.

Job Responsibilities ALL
Able to work in English
Clear Understanding of:
• Client OS: 95 ? XP
• Server OS: 2000 & 2003
Clear Understanding of:
• Networking Fundamentals
• TCPIP
• DHCP
• DNS / WINS
• Active Directory
• NT Domains
Sufficient in the use of ‘key’ Microsoft Office components
Experience within 1st and 2nd line support
Excellent diagnostic / troubleshooting skills

Junior:
Ability to understand Systems Management concepts after being shown.
Willingness and ability to learn to use different tools and procedures in a critical environment.
Ability to perform tasks with supervision.

Mid-Level:
Understanding of Systems Management Concepts
Clear understanding of security concepts
Ability to perform tasks with little supervision.
Experience with more than 150 computers

Senior:
Knowledge of Systems Management Tools
Practiced with implementing Security concepts
Ability to work without Supervision
Ability to Mentor others and teach tasks.
Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000 DBMS
Experience with more than 500 computers
