Recruitment agency ( IT/Telecom, Real Estate/Construction, Finance/Investment) is looking for Recruitment Consultant.
Company offers full time employment as well as cooperation with independent consultants.
Requirements:
1+ years experience in recruitment (recruitment /executive search agency, HR dep.) or previous experience as middle level manager in one of the industry.
Experience in: search (including Direct search, Headhunting), selection, placement or desire to gain new knowledge for industries specialists.
Up to date knowledge of industries’ labor market
Experience of client-relations management and communication with international clients.
PC skills: MS Office, CRM, recruitment software
English knowledge – upper-intermediate level
Personality desired: goal –oriented professional with high quality standards.
